Effect of Stress (Part 1)

Nowadays many people suffer from stress. Stress means pressure or worry resulting from mental or physical distress or difficult circumstances. Stress is a huge part of college experience, it is something we have to deal with in life. No matter how many finals and exams we have, stress does not have to take over our life. So , what actually causes stress? There are many reasons of stress effects such as; health, emotional and behavioural effects.
The most common or significant effect of stress is health. People who has stress easily get blood pressure. In addition, they become easily infected with disease, due to weak immune system.The symtoms of stress are migranes, blurred vision, increase heart rate, unexplaine aches and pains, and also constant tiredness as well. Hence, stress is the first enemy for our health.
The next effect of stress is emotional problem. Emotional means excitement or disturbance of our mind or feeling. People who suffers from short temper easily get angry. Moreover, they feel depression and moodiness. All these factors will influence the difficulties of relationship to other people. Thus, emotional effect has become a serious effect of stress.
The third possible effect of stress is behavioural problem. A lot of people who feel understress often cannot control themselves. They easily get temper, feel nervous, forgetfulness, lost of interest activities and dizzines. Therefore, behavioural problem has become a common effect of stress.
In conclusion, health, emotion and behavioural issues seem to be common effects of stress which has the most dangerous effects for human being. In my opinion, everybody gets stressed during exams or works, but it is important not to let it get out of control. Reschedule our time to make sure we still have time to do our hobbies and pleasure moment with lovely family, relatives and friends.
